Students who are unable to complete or attend assessments for legitimate grounds should make an application for their Mitigating Circumstances to be considered by the School Mitigating Circumstances Panel.

Mitigating Circumstances forms/envelopes are available from the School Office (C2-13).  The office is open from 08:45 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Mitigating Circumstances requests must be submitted at least five working days prior to the assessment/re-assessment submission date or five working days before an exam. 

Mitigating Circumstances Panels are held throughout the year, to find out more information on the date of the next panel meeting please contact the school office.

Please refer to the Guidance Notes provided wth your Mitigating Circumstances envelope for clarification when completing your submission.
