Mitigating Circumstances Panels for Semester 1 2009/10

Students who are unable to complete or attend assessments for legitimate grounds should make an application for their Mitigating Circumstances to be considered by the School Mitigating Circumstances Panel.

Mitigating Circumstances forms/envelopes are available from the School Office (M1-022).  The office is open from 08:45 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Mitigating Circumstances requests must be submitted at least five working days prior to the assessment/re-assessment submission date or five working days before an exam. 

Mitigating Circumstances Panels for Semester 1 2009/10 will be held as follows:

15 December 2009.  Envelopes must be received in the School Office no later than 5.00 pm on Monday 15 December 2009.

15 January 2010.  Envelopes must be received in the School Office no later than 5.00 pm on Thursday 14 January 2010.

29 January 2010.  Envelopes must be received in the School Office no later than 5.00 pm on 28 January 2010.
