Designation of Gift form| – tell the University which priority area (i.e. Scholarships/Bursaries|, Prizes, the Library Fund, or other area of priority) you would like to see your gift go towards. The Designation of Gift form should accompany both of the forms below
Direct Debit form| – for regular giving to the University
Single Donation form| – use to accompany any one-time only gift to be paid by cheque or cash, allowing us to credit your generosity effectively
