The University of Bolton has a fast-growing and highly respected creative industries project, within the Academic Enterprise Department. In the past two years the university has won two European funding bids to offer financial and continual professional development support to creative industries practitioners and businesses in Greater Manchester and (for 2006/7) across the region.

The creative industries support offers Bolton graduates continuing advice and help in pursuing careers in creative arts and design. As alumni you will have one-on-one access to our Creative Industries Project Manager, who can support you by liaising and directing you to the North West's creative networks and internal departments. We will keep you up-to-date with creative industries projects and initiatives in the North West and inform you of any available resources i.e., funding, exhibition space, design competitions and bursaries.
