The Aspire Mentoring project aims to:
Ensure that students gain an insight into working life and the skills that are required in a particular job sector.
Enable students to develop employability skills relevant to a particular career.
Provide guidance to the student on their chosen career.
Assist the student in achieving their own career-focused goals.
